Boilerhouse Communications is pleased to announce Better Connected Live 2018 in association with Socitm will take place on Wednesday June 27 at the Bond Company in central Birmingham.
This will be the third in the Better Connected Live series. The event comes as the culmination of the yearly cycle of Better Connected surveys and presents the analysis of the 2018 survey results.
Building on the success of the 2017 event Better Connected Live 2018 will include extended feedback and surgery sessions from the Better Connected review team, expert led workshops on waste & recycling, highways, social care, planning, libraries, and service specific workshops on website security, designing website for mobile devices, trends in local authority website design and trends in customer interaction, making websites that are accessible to people with disabilities and a whole lot more.
If you are working with local public services on transformative projects and programmes, supply software or services, deliver change consultancy or are engaged in redesigning services and support, there are many different ways you can get commercially involved with the Better Connected Programme and feed your contribution into the mix.
The Better Connected Awards have grown in importance since Boilerhouse introduced them in 2016. Council website teams report how useful the awards are in raising the profile of successful work among colleagues and citizens. A new style awards programme and a range of sponsorship deals will be announced in November 2017.
We will be issuing regular bulletins on the progress of the 2018/2017 Survey programme over the next ten months. Please register your interest on the front page of the Better Connected website
